EPE (Expandable Polyethylene), also known as pearl cotton, is a high foam polyethylene product produced by extrusion with low density polyethylene (LDPE) as the main raw material. Features: low density, advanced flexibility, and high recovery rate; its shockproof performance is better than that of polystyrene plastic; independent closed-cell structure with low surface water absorption; good anti-penetration performance; acid resistant, alkali resistant, salt and oil resistant, and other organic solvent corrosion resistant; excellent anti-aging performance; it does not become liquid at high temperature, or crack at low temperature. b. Applications: high-end furniture, household appliances, instruments and apparatus, craft gifts, wood products, glass and ceramics, building waterproofing, the inner layer of the carpet, sound insulation, luggage and bags, precision parts, thermal insulation for various pipes and other fields.
